Find your rhythm of life.

Any sort of pattern, or rhythm as I call it here, can help us to get on with many tasks in life without even thinking or spending much time on pondering.

I am always surprised when I get a greater number of things done in the same amount of time if I just do it compared to when I keep racking my brains over tiniest of decisions.

And when I noticed this, it occurred to me that when I usually schedule to do something regularly, at regular intervals, it gets done with much less effort from my conscious mind. Which gives me more time to think about more important matters. Bingo.
